Pepperpot Advertising Agency Limited is not a property owner, property manager, booking agent, travel agent, or payment processor unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not own, manage, inspect, supervise, or control the properties listed or advertised. Owners are encouraged to advise if there are any significant changes to the property so fresh photographs can be taken.

All bookings, rental agreements, payments, cancellations, refunds, and property-related arrangements are made directly between the guest and the property owner or accommodation provider.

Pepperpot Advertising Agency Limited shall not be liable for:

• the condition, suitability, safety, legality, or maintenance of any property;

• inaccuracies or changes in property descriptions, photographs, amenities, or availability;

• cancellations, overbookings, disputes, or service interruptions;

• acts or omissions of property owners or guests; or

• any injury, loss, damage, theft, expense, delay, or inconvenience arising during or after a stay.

Property photographs and descriptions are believed to be accurate at the time published; however, properties, furnishings, amenities, and surrounding conditions may change over time. Guests are encouraged to confirm all details of personal importance directly with the property owner or accommodation provider before booking.

Any personal information collected, including names, telephone numbers, or email addresses, will only be shared with relevant property owners or accommodation providers for the purpose of facilitating enquiries or bookings, subject to applicable privacy laws.

Pepperpot Advertising Agency Limited may receive a referral commission from property owners or accommodation providers for successful referrals. In most cases, this commission does not affect the rental price paid by guests.

However, in certain cases, the quoted rental rate may include an additional amount to cover a referral commission payable by the property owner or accommodation provider to Pepperpot Advertising Agency Limited.

Pepperpot Advertising Agency Limited does not inspect, test, certify, or guarantee the safety, condition, functionality, or compliance of any property, appliance, electrical installation, gas installation, swimming pool, vehicle, vessel, equipment, security feature, or other facility advertised on this website.

Any questions regarding safety standards, maintenance, insurance coverage, licensing, fire safety, electrical systems, suitability for children, accessibility, or other property-related concerns should be directed to the property owner, manager, or accommodation provider before booking or entering into any rental agreement.

Guests and tenants are responsible for satisfying themselves that the property meets their personal requirements and safety expectations prior to booking or occupancy.

Pepperpot Advertising Agency Limited acts solely as an advertising and referral platform introducing prospective tenants to independent property owners, landlords, or property managers offering long-term rental accommodation.

Pepperpot Advertising Agency Limited is not a landlord, property manager, letting agent, or party to any tenancy agreement unless expressly stated otherwise.

All negotiations, tenancy agreements, rental payments, deposits, inspections, maintenance obligations, notices, disputes, and legal responsibilities are solely between the tenant and the property owner or landlord.

Pepperpot Advertising Agency Limited does not verify the condition, safety, legality, habitability, licensing, utilities, or suitability of any long-term rental property and accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to the tenancy or occupancy of the property.

Prospective tenants are strongly encouraged to inspect the property personally and verify all information independently where possible.
