The apartments for rental in Falmouth will appeal to those who prefer a quiet, village location with livelier amenities within easy reach. They are suitable for couples, friends and families and may be rented together to accommodate larger groups. The owner has thoughtfully designed a selection of spacious apartments within an imposing villa style building with impressive pillars. Securely located behind electric gates, its hillside position offers far reaching harbour views for accommodation on the upper levels and the pool area. Marl Bay Beach is 10 minutes walking distance and within a couple of minutes drive are popular pickleball courts. Drive ten minutes further south for English Harbour with its wide selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, a yacht filled marina during high season and two beautiful white sand beaches, Galleon and Pigeon Point.
Enter the building via a communal door. Once inside, four rental units are split between the ground and first floor, each with their own private entrance. Those on the upper level are privy to harbour views. The accommodations comprise three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed with an en-suite shower room whilst the other two have Queen size beds. There is a second shower room and a spacious living area benefitting from ceiling fans and ample windows fitted with bug screens. The open plan space includes a fully equipped kitchen complete with gas stove, fridge freezer, an air fryer and separate dining and seating areas.
Externally, each apartment has a private furnished balcony and access to a fantastic pool deck with views across the harbour. Framing the pool are loungers, hanging egg chairs, a gas BBQ, table and chairs. Steps lead down to mens and ladies bathroom facilities and a separate kitchen is available for private hire should guests require catering while on vacation (enquire for details and prices). A laundry room with washing machines and clothes dryers is also available for guests use.
Note:
On the lower level, one of the apartments has a bedroom comprising twin beds.
There are no lifts at the property
Access to the building is via an unmade road - car hire is highly recommended.
Price
US$ 300 per night for 2 persons sharing plus government taxes. Each additional guest is an extra US$100 per night to a maximum of 4 further guests. Minimum 2 persons sharing.
