This unique, off grid property is ideal for those seeking privacy and tranquility. It is reached via a long unmade road leading to a secluded hillside location and accessed via electric gates. The owners have ensured the design creates a 'wow' factor on entering the property, with the immediate focus being directed to phenomenal views over Mamora Bay. Huge windows and vaulted ceilings throughout the split level property create an enhanced sense of space.

The accommodation comprises four bedrooms, three with King size beds and one with twin beds. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. There is a further bathroom for guests to share. The expansive living space has an open plan kitchen and seating area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, dish washer and washing machine. Items such as laundry pods, cleaning products, toilet paper and basic cooking ingredients are supplied for guests convenience. In the seating area is a smart TV with a projector screen and sound bar for those who enjoy a cinema experience. Leading from the living area is a generous sized, breezy verandah with a seating area. Its easterly aspect benefits from the most beautiful sunrises over Mamora Bay.

To the lower level is a swimming pool with a further table, loungers and beanbags.
