This elegant villa benefits from a hilltop position set amongst lush, tropical gardens with uninterrupted views over yacht filled Falmouth Harbour. It is an idyllic spot for family and friends to spend quality time together whilst maintaining their own private space.


Five spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms are of Italian design with ensuite shower rooms, located around a picturesque courtyard. From the shared courtyard steps descend to a fully equipped, Italian designed kitchen and a living/dining area with comfortable seating, table and chairs, cable TV and a table football game.


Externally, a cool breeze embraces a sweeping verandah furnished with a hammock and seating area, ideal for taking a break from the hot sun and relaxing with a good book. An additional staircase leads to a kidney shaped pool with loungers and two gazebos, perfect for alfresco dining or a sundowner. The owner resides in an apartment beneath the property and following the initial welcome ensures guests have complete privacy.


English Harbour is approximately 5-10 minutes drive with a wealth of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a marina and historic Nelson’s Dockyard.


Two stunning beaches, Pigeon Point and Galleon are a short drive away.

Car hire is recommended and there is ample parking at the property.
