2 newly built apartments within a development of 10 properties are available for both short and long term rentals. Located within the residential village of Osbourn they will suit those wishing to live within a local community whilst being a short drive to V.C. Bird Airport, Hodges Bay, Dickenson Bay and a wide range of restaurants.


Each of the tastefully decorated apartments has steps leading up to its own secure entrance door, fronted by a private, furnished terrace with far reaching village and sea views. Enter into an open plan, homely living space complete with comfortable sofa, wall mounted flat screen smart TV and dining table and chairs. All windows are fitted with screens so may be opened to allow a wonderful breeze to circulate throughout the property whilst keeping bugs out. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking meals at home comprising an oven, microwave, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, washing machine and clothes dryer. A door leads onto a further terrace to the rear of the property. The double bedrooms benefit from vaulted ceilings creating an enhanced sense of space. Each has a King size bed, desk and chair, ample closet and storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a wash hand basin, WC and a walk-in shower.


Note:

For short term rentals, all bills and wifi are included in the cost.

For long term rentals, wifi and cooking gas are included in the cost.

Electricity and water may be capped or at the tenant's expense.

Car hire is recommended and an allocated parking space is provided
