A bit about South Point Antigua

South Point is a complex of 23 high-end apartments within several low rise buildings overlooking Falmouth Harbour marina. It is just a few minutes walk to vibrant English Harbour with its wealth of bars and restaurants. Ground floor apartments have furnished, secluded patio areas with gates that open out onto well manicured gardens leading to the small private beach and relaxing, decked pool area. The location is picturesque, private and peaceful with haunting sounds of foraging turtle doves. Kitchens within the apartments are well equipped for meal preparation at at home whilst the private terraces are a wonderful way to dine outdoors with a cool breeze and your favourite iced tipple. Maia at South Point is a restaurant located adjacent to the apartments offering a fine dining experience with stunning waterfront views.

The decked pool area has comfortable seating, sun loungers and a shower. At night the pool is lit up with a backdrop of twinkling lights from the mega yachts in the marina.

Maia is a high-end restaurant specialising in Mediterranean, Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine with an extensive sushi menu. Expect a fine dining experience with stunning views over the yacht filled marina and occasional live music.

Accommodation

1 Bed Deluxe Suites - suitable for 2 adults/2 adults + 1 child

20, 1 bed deluxe suites are tastefully decorated and designed with maximum comfort in mind. Each is arranged on the ground floor with a secluded, furnished patio or on the first floor with a covered balcony. The contemporary suites are air-conditioned complete with king sized bed, bathroom area with walk-in shower, bidet, WC and basin with magnifying mirror. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge with ice maker and a freezer. The living room comprises sumptuous sofas, coffee table and a flat screen TV. The dressing area offers plenty of space for hanging and folded garments, an iron and ironing board.

Some rooms can interconnect and balcony dividers can be removed for larger parties.

Note: There are not any lifts.

2 Bed Penthouse Suites - suitable for 4 adults/4 adults + 2 children

3 x 2 bed suites are located on the top floor accessed via an external staircase. In addition to the furnishings of the 1 bed suites, each apartment has two ensuite bathrooms, two separate lounge areas and an espresso maker. Balconies are equipped with loungers, love seats and parasols.
