This breezy apartment has been tastefully decorated in soft, neutral tones with vibrant pops of colour. It offers a light, breezy atmosphere, capturing the charm of relaxed Caribbean island style living.
The property comprises a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry closet with washing machine and a dining space. The living room has comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and doors that open out onto a wraparound terrace with far reaching views.
The Master Queen Suite is cooled by a ceiling fan and air-conditioning unit. It is flooded with light due to its dual aspect design and features a Queen size bed, walk-in closet and a window seat. The en-suite bathroom embraces the tropical climate offering a screened, outdoor bath tub to bathe under the stars. The walk-in shower, WC and hand basin are indoors.
The second bedroom is also bright and airy with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan and comprises a comfortable double bed, closet, a window seat and has direct access to the living room.
Externally beside the private parking space is a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop terrace. The shaded area is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing with a sundowner. With very little light pollution, the terrace is the perfect place to unwind after sunset and enjoy the night sky.
The owners include a breakfast pantry of essential items in your stay of seasonal fruit, fresh bread, local preserves, juice, coffee and tea.
